The cottage is designed, furnished and decorated to a high standard and has delightful views over the water and private outside decked terrace. Garden furniture is provided for use on the decked terrace. On the ground floor the cottage has an entrance hall with storage and cloakroom including toilet and wash basin. A large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area makes up the rest of the ground floor. Provided for your enjoyment are TV with Freeview, DVD player, Video, & Mini HiFi including CD player and Radio. French doors lead onto the decked terrace.

Upstairs on the first floor is a family bathroom including toilet, wash basin and full size bath with shower. There are electric shaver points in the family bathroom & downstairs cloakroom. The cottage has three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms make up the sleeping arrangements. There is room for a travel cot in the bedrooms. Linen and duvets for all beds are included and beds made up for your arrival. |

Towels £4 per person per week or short break . Travel Cots and highchairs are available £10 per week or short break each (all payable on arrival).There is heating throughout the cottage and electricity is via meter readings. Parking is adjacent to the cottage or in the car park opposite.

The cottage is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. If you do arrive early, there is plenty to do in Wroxham and if preparation of the cottage is complete before 4pm, you are welcome to start your stay early. The price of your stay does not include travel/cancellation insurance, however, this is available through the booking agents.
